The 2nd workshop of the SAINT project on EU Cybersecurity

On Wednesday March 22, 2019 NCSR “Demokritos” is expected to welcome at its premises nine cyber-security-oriented organizations for the 2nd workshop of the SAINT project coordinated by the Integrated Systems Laboratory of Institute of Informatics and Telecommunications of National Center for Scientific Research “Demokritos”. As SAINT project lies on its final phase, the aforementioned workshop aims at disseminating its results, receive constructive feedback, exchange knowledge and ideas and promote inter-project collaboration.

Following a year of preparations, IEEE's prestigious International Spoken Language Technology conference was held in Athens receiving international acclaim.

VR at GR - Integrated Systems Lab at Onassis Cultural Centre

“VR@GR Virtual Reality - Research and applications in Greece today”, an event dedicated to Virtual Reality took place on the 24-25 of November at Onassis Cultural Centre (Stegi), in collaboration with the National Kapodistrian University of Athens.

The Integrated Systems Lab participated in the meeting, thus contributing in an on-going effort to promote interactive technologies in Greece, in a time when the perspectives and possible applications of VR technology attract the interest of many people.

FocusLocus was proud to announce its participation in an exhibition at the European Parliament in Brussels on November 20 & 21, 2018.

The European Parliament, under the initiative of Greek MEP Eva Kaili, offered the opportunity to promote EU funded research projects in the area of assistive technologies, technologies enhancing accessibility to the internet and serious gaming.
