ISL in Mobile World Congress 2015

The Integrated Systems Laboratory (ISL) of the Institution of Informatics and Telecommunications of NCSRD Demokritos will participate as an exhibitor in the Mobile World Congress 2015, the largest mobile event worldwide, in Barcelona, March 2-5, 2015. ISL will join HAMAC (the Hellenic Mobile Cluster) in exhibiting its mobile technologies and applications at the Greek Pavilion (Booth I 49) Hall 8.1 during MWC2015. The team of ISL will showcase a number of successful projects/products that have been developed in the context of several EU funded projects, such as PERSEUS & OPTITRANS, nationally co-funded projects, such as SYNAISTHISI, as well as internal initiatives.

ClaRET, a spin-off company of ISL, will participate in 4YFN, a parallel event of MWC2015 for startup companies in the mobile and digital ecosystem. Representatives of ClaRET will be at the Hall 8.0 , stand SU30 , demonstrating a portfolio of projects, such as navigation and maritime security applications, immersive and serious games for training, education, entertainment, and the tourism & culture markets.

The Director of the Institute of Informatics and Telecommunications and Head of ISL Dr. Stelios C. A. Thomopoulos will lead the ISL/ClaRET support team of six delegates in this large impact dissemination and promotional activity and will be present in both venues throughout the entire event.
