Science and Technology in the Public Sphere event held with participation of K. Fotakis, Alt. Minister of Research & Innovation.

The event Science & Technology in the Public Sphere took place on Tuesday 19 March 2019 at INNOVATHENS, Gazi attracting approximately 200 members of the public.

On the occasion of completing 2 years of circulation, the Science & Technology magazine Prisma and SciFY organised a panel discussion with high profile speakers that discussed issues related to science and technology, that concern us all. The event concluded with interesting questions and discussion with the audience.

The panel participants were:

Fotini Stylianopoulou, President of the Board of Directors, Pasteur Institute, Professor Emeritus of the University of Athens

The discussion was coordinated by Manolis Patiniotis, History of Science Professor, HPS, UOA, Lida Arnellou, PhD in Science Communication, Dimitris Petakos, PhD in History of Science.
