Welcome to the 2nd Hellenic Forum for Science, Innovation and Technology!
We are pleased to invite you to the 2nd Hellenic Forum for Science, Technology and Innovation held on June 30-July 4, 2014 at the NCSR “Demokritos” Congress Center in Athens, Greece.
The 2nd Hellenic Forum aims at strengthening interactions and exploring new paths for close collaboration between research centers and industries, in order to enhance the competitiveness and productivity of the country. The purpose of this interaction is to define the steps to be taken in order to enhance Greek-based innovation in an international business environment.
Within this framework, the 2nd Hellenic Forum aspires to build bridges between the research community in Greece and distinguished scientists of Diaspora as well as professionals in the industrial sector, for developing scientific and technology transfer collaborations for innovation.
We are drafting a very interesting program which covers different scientific areas presenting some of the latest developments in Nuclear and Particle Physics, Biosciences and Pharmaceuticals, Energy & Sustainable Technologies, Safety and Security and ICT, and displays the ongoing Innovation and Entrepreneurship initiatives.
The invited speakers and the participants will also have the opportunity to visit our newly inaugurated Innovation Exhibition hosted at the NCSR “Demokritos”, which presents current state-of-the-art Greek innovation technologies.
