In the frame of the ΑΙ Trainings for Executives, which were launched last fall by ahedd Digital Innovation Hub and SKEL | The AI Lab, collaborating researcher Dr George Giannakopoulos hosted a specialised session for the Board of Directors of NCSR Demokritos. The session entitled Artificial Intelligence as a horizontal technology took place on 31 March 2021. These trainings aim to enable participants to identify ways AI can be exploited, the associated benefits and risks, and the steps required for the evaluation and adoption of such technologies.
The Institute of Informatics and Telecommunications strives to promote digital innovation by capitalising on the knowledge and technology that its researchers have been continuously advancing over the years. Through the operation of ahedd DIH, these cutting-edge breakthroughs are transferred to the community across industrial sectors via skills and applications development services.
