ahedd, the Digital Innovation Hub of NCSR Demokritos, signed a collaboration agreement with SEKEE, the Hellenic Association of Innovative Applications Companies (ΣΕΚΕΕ) aiming to promote innovation in Greece.
ahedd and SEKEE have already been exploring common avenues of action since 2020, having already organised a pitching event between member companies and researchers as well as by the joint participation in Greek delegation in Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2021 Barcelona.
This agreement entails a series of actions that will promote R&D collaborations in Digital Technologies among ahedd and SEKEE members. Additionally, ahedd will be keeping SEKEE members up to date regarding the latest technological trends, their exploitation potential and the requirements of digital transformation for companies and organisations.
Dr Vangelis Karkaletsis, Director of the Institute of Informatics & Telecommunications and Vice-President of the Board of NCSR Demokritos said: “A closer collaboration with SEKEE provides the opportunity to advance the exploitation of digital technologies by Greek Enterprises through joint activities. The collaboration with NCSR Demokritos research groups can lead to innovative digital applications that improve business competitiveness”.
