In July we were delighted to welcome Prof. Constantinos Daskalakis of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for a talk during the 55th Summer School of NCSR Demokritos.
The keynote speech was delivered online, live from Boston, USA, on Tuesday 14 July on the theme of Artificial Intelligence & Ethics and more specifically on Learning from Biased Data.
The talk and round table that followed were aimed at both undergraduate and graduate students as well as the general public interested in Informatics and AI. More than 400 participants attended the livestreaming which was followed by a Q&A session.
Following the talk, a round table discussion took place on Artificial Intelligence & Ethics with IIT, NCSR Demokritos colleagues as panellists who presented different aspects of their work.
