CIL‘s Digital Document Image Analysis team, co-organised a workshop together with the Historical Archive of the Piraeus Bank Group Cultural Foundation, Bookscanner and DOTSOFT in the framework of the project Cultural Dimensions of Deep Learning (CULDILE) which took place on Monday 14 November 2022, at the Piraeus Bank Group Cultural Foundation.
The main aim of the workshop was the presentation of the project results, the familiarisation of the participants with the application in real scenarios of processing and searching in historical documents, the evaluation of the usability and effectiveness of the application, asking for possible suggestions for improvements.
