Invited speech delivered at Workshop about the new National Strategic Reference Framework (ESPA 2014-20) for Local Administration Organizations (OTA) Dr. Nikos Dimitriou, a member of Networks Laboratory (NeL), was invited to deliver a talk on the prospects of novel Informatics and Telecommunications applications for Smart Cities, in the context of an open workshop about the new National Strategic Reference Framework (ESPA 2014-20) for Local Administration Organizations (OTA), held on December 4, 2014. The workshop was organized by the Municipality of Heraklion Attikis.
