Introducing PServer to the community: The research, the tool, the benefits for all

PServer is now offered by NCSR “Demokritos” to everyone, for free, through SciFY, as an open source application.
We are inviting you to the first PServer workshop to share the knowledge with you!
 
Who is the workshop for?
It is for developers, marketers and everyone interested in creating engaging sites, building better apps, providing better services, knowing their users. The workshop will show how to adapt to user needs and desires through state-of-the-art open technologies. It will interest researchers oriented towards personalization and user modeling.
When?
March the 15th, 2013, 14.00-18.00
Where?
At the Institute of Informatics and Telecommunications of NCSR “Demokritos”.
What is it about?
It is about PServer and how to use it: developed by the Institute of Informatics and Telecommunications of NCSR “Demokritos”, PServer is a general purpose infrastructure for adding personalization functionality to any site or application. It is also an extensible showcase of personalization methods.

What can I do with PServer?
You can offer a personalised experience to the users of your site / application / service. As simple examples, you can provide content that is really interesting to the user, you can help your application or service adapt its interface as it suits user needs (and a whole lot more).
