Public consultation using Web 2.0 technologies: The Greek case

In times of crisis, as the crisis of democracy that emerged the last decades, the internet and information and communication technology added their own impact in modern proposals for remedying the shortcomings of representative democracy. The purpose of this study is to examine the operation of the public consultation platform OpenGov, the efficiency with which it has been used until today, and the feasibility of using argument visualization tools for improving the quality of consultation.
