Konstantinos Tsiakas is a Ph.D. candidate student at University of Texas, Arlington. The program is in collaboration with N.C.S.R Demokritos. He graduated from Electronic and Computer Engineering Department of Technical University of Crete. His Diploma Thesis was entitled “Language Modeling using Continuous Distributions” and was supervised by Prof. Vasilis Digalakis. Currently, he is a member of the Human- Centered Computing Laboratory, HERACLEIA, at University of Texas, Arlington, under the supervision of Prof. Fillia Makedon. His research interests are Machine Learning, Human- computer Interaction and Multimodal Dialogue Systems.
