Dory Scaltsas is Emeritus Professor of Philosophy at the University of Edinburgh. He specialises in Ancient Greek Philosophy; the Philosophy of Creative Thinking, and the Philosophy of Artificial Intelligence. He studied at Duke University (Mathematics and Philosophy); Brandeis University (Philosophy of Logic); and Oxford University (Aristotle). He has received Research Fellowships at Harvard University and Princeton University. His theory of creative thinking, BrainMining, was published by the Harvard Business Review (2016); and his theory of Valuative Intelligence was published by the Austrian Ministry of Education (Midienimpulse 2017) and used in their pioneering project Schule 4.0.
