The project goal is the use of semantic information in surveillance applications (Semantic surveillance). The final system will be able to:a. Detect safety critical events in real time (surveillance of objects-agents, analysis of activity, use of past events for inferencing).b. A posteriori analysis, i.e., analysis of stored multimedia content and retrieval of interesting events from large amount of data.
