The project titled “ EU – Pri: An approach how to teach citizenship education in the prison” aims to enrich the knowledge of adult students-inmates about civic and politic issues, and cultivate the appropriate skills, values and attitudes relative to their citizenship. The project will be implemented at the premises of a Second Chance School located in a prison in Athens and includes the implementation of workshops with the use of technological sciences, like robotics, Artificial Intelligence and 5G Networks. Specifically, the workshops aim to: a. encourage the students to participate and cooperate each other and b. enhance and empower their self-esteem and self-confidence, encouraging them to think in a critical way and take decisions about issues that affect them.

The main aim of the project is to cultivate a more inclusive and democratic school environment for all.
