This doctoral thesis will propose new intelligent techniques for new wireless technologies. The main emphasis of this thesis is going to be the usage of reconfigurable intelligent surfaces which could improve the quality of service of the modern telecommunication systems. This new technology is being studied with already existed techniques such as MIMO , beam forming and SM-MIMO. The performance for these new promising reconfigurable intelligent surfaces will be evaluated using several fading channel distribution such as Pearson distribution, Nakagami-m and Weibull. For this purpose new solutions of probability theory problem will be proposed which will occur during the study of these new complex surfaces. Lastly artificial intelligence could be deployed for the purpose of estimation of signals and new solutions can be proposed .
