In the context of the existing cooperation agreement between the University of North Texas (UNT) and the National Centre for Scientific Research (NCSR) “Demokritos”, a PhD fellowship program was formed leading to the award of a PhD degree in the name of UNT, in the area of Informatics & Telecommunications. This is a joint program between the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at UNT (http://www.cse.unt.edu) and the Institute of Informatics & Telecommunications at NCSR.
