The Project Management Office (PMO) of the Institute of Informatics & Telecommunications was established in 2024 to ensure the smooth and efficient implementation of the Institute’s projects. Acting as a central point of coordination, the PMO supports the financial and administrative aspects of project execution, contributing to greater coherence and efficiency across all activities.
