The 11th BioASQ Workshop achieved yet another milestone at the CLEF 2023 conference, which was hosted by the Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH) in Thessaloniki, from 18-21 September 2023.
The aim of the workshop was to push the research frontier towards systems that use the diverse and voluminous information available online to respond directly to the information needs of biomedical scientists. Furthermore, the workshop included insightful talks from guest speakers, presentations of the open BioASQ challenge results, as well as an award ceremony for the BioASQ challenge winners.
