From Oct. 31 to Nov. 1, 2012, the Institute held a graduate seminar on Stochastic models for networks and wireless communications. The seminar was organized by the Networks Laboratory (NeL), in the context of the GREENET project’s activities. Leading experts were invited to lecture on topics, such as, utility maximization techniques for wireless networking, complex evolving networks, or the stochastic modelling of malware propagation. The seminar was attended by an international audience of about 20 graduate students from seven European countries.
