ISL researcher, Dr Dimitris Kyriazanos has been assigned National Representative to the Horizon Europe Programme Committee (PC) for Cluster 3: Civil security for society.
Following his service in the corresponding position in the H2020 Programme Committee for Secure Societies since 2018 and his extensive expertise in European Security Research, he was nominated by the General Secretariat for Research and Innovation for the position.
Dr Kyriazanos’ role in the PC includes contributing to the strategic planning of the Programme, specific to the thematic area of civil security. Additionally, through his role, he will support the alignment with national planning and representation of the relevant national ecosystem in the Committee.
