LANGaware, the spin-off company created in the context of the iASiS project (coordinated by SKEL | The AI Lab) was amongst the three invitee tech startup companies of the Hellenic Ministry of Health & Social Solidarity to participate in the Thessaloniki International Fair 2021 (TIF). The TIF Expo, is an internationally recognised annual exhibition in Greece, which took place between 11-19 September 2021 in Thessaloniki.

LANGaware was represented by CEO and Founder Vassiliki Rentoumi, in the Ministry’s exhibition pavilion providing visitors with the opportunity to learn more about how LANGaware is revolutionising the early detection of Neurodegenerative and Psychiatric conditions.

LANGaware is a health & deep tech company that uses Artificial Intelligence to predict neurological diseases such as Alzheimer’s by detecting and monitoring digital biomarkers based on language and speech. LANGaware’s solution provides the primary care physicians with a quick and accurate tool for diagnosis, the pharmaceutical companies with a more efficient patient recruitment tool for their clinical trials, and eventually the patients with remote assessment and monitoring from the comfort of their homestead.
