About IEEE CertifAIEd™ Assessor Training
As AI evolves rapidly, ensuring its responsible development and use becomes crucial. Organisations tasked with deploying technologies with embedded or hosted AI systems require the means to properly assess the ethical AI concerns and considerations to ensure stakeholders and end-users are treated fairly in the most trustworthy manner possible.
This training program enables participants to understand the need for ethical AIS, the principles surrounding AI ethics criteria, and provides an implementable framework and methodology for assessing the ethicality of AI-enabled systems.
Participants also learn the IEEE CertifAIEd™ methodology and how to apply it to an AIS assessment (e.g., assessment of a product that utilises AI algorithms or techniques).

About the ALIGN project, organiser of the trainings

The Project primarily focuses on the implementation of technical protocols and standards for ethical and legal compliance of AI systems and models, with the IEEE CertifAIEd protocol at the core, as well as any related or derivative protocols. Additionally, in collaboration with IEEE, the Project provides training services on the IEEE CertifAIEd standard. Upon completion of the training, participants will have the opportunity, through a relevant examination process conducted by IEEE, to become certified IEEE AI Ethics Assessors.
