Dr Michalis Vafopoulos, SKEL Lab, gave a speech at the ”RE:PUBLICA” Conference, which took place in Thessaloniki, Greece from 11 to 13 September 2017.
The presentation which was entitled “Social Entrepreneurship: How Open Data can enhance social innovation” (https://re-publica.com/en/eu17/session/social-entrepreneurship-how-open-…) outlined how data is becoming a fundamental infrastructure enabling transparency, accountability, public services, business innovation and civil society.
