An insightful talk, on the successful collaboration between NCSR Demokritos and the award-winning NGO Science For You (SciFY) titled NCSR Demokritos & Science For You: a collaboration of best practice and opportunities for Researchers, was held, physically in the Lecture room of IIT (Building 26), on Tuesday 31 October, 12.00 PM. Remote participants joined the talk through zoom.
The speakers were Dr. Georgios Giannakopoulos, CEO at SciFY and Researcher of Artificial Intelligence at the Institute of Informatics & Telecommunications, NCSR Demokritos, and Scientific Responsible of ahedd DIH and Mr. Vassilis Giannakopoulos, Marketing and Social Impact Manager at SciFY.

This talk was inspired by the recent successes of this collaboration and is a great opportunity for NCSR Demokritos’ researchers to foster potential collaboration with their Labs.
SciFY was evaluated as the #1 company of the Lefkippos Technology Park and received an international award for the joint initiative “1000 Pioneers for AI in Greece” by the IRCAI of UNESCO.
