Christina Damianou is a Ph.D. candidate from National Technical University of Athens.
She holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a M.Sc. in Maritime Business Management, from University of Piraeus.
Her research interests focus on machine learning, with an emphasis on knowledge mining for multimedia (image and sound).
She has previously worked as IT support personnel, big data databases optimization and upgrade in order to be harmonized with the European Directives and Protocols for Hellenic Centre for Marine Research (HCMR) and software development.
