IIT fully adopts NCSR-D’s decision to develop and implement a detailed Gender Equality Plan (GEP).
The Gender Equality Plan focuses on the following priority axes:
– Gender equality in the culture of the organisation, leadership and decision-making
– Gender equality in recruitment, employment and career progression
– Integration of the gender dimension into academic, research and teaching content
– Work-life balance
– Prevention of and combat against discrimination, gender-based violence and harassment
