The Communications Office oversees all communication-related activities of the Institute and provides strategic support in dissemination and communication for both European and National projects.
With extensive expertise in science communication, our team effectively addresses the diverse needs of European research initiatives. We design and implement comprehensive communication and dissemination strategies, highlight project goals, innovations, results, and societal impact, and ensure that each project maintains a strong presence throughout its lifecycle.
Beyond project communication, the Communications Office plays an active role in the organisation and support of major scientific events and large-scale international conferences. Our team has successfully undertaken the coordination and communications management of large-scale conferences such as SETN 2020 and ICDAR 2024, further strengthening the Institute’s visibility and influence within the global research community.
At the core of our mission lies the Institute’s outreach strategy, enhancing the Institute’s visibility and strengthening its public profile. Through a proactive, multi-platform approach, we ensure that the Institute and NCSR Demokritos maintain a strong, consistent, and influential presence across European, academic, and business communities, reinforcing our role within the wider research and innovation ecosystem.
