Dr Homer Papadopoulos is coordinating of 135 European Organizations of the Action Group A1 Synergy on “Information technology and adherence in ageing population with chronic diseases and polypharmacy”.
In this CoP, in session about “Digital transformation of health and care for Active and Healthy Ageing in Europe” Dr Papadopoulos presented NCSR Demokritos’ developments in the area of ICT in projects for Health and AAL. He also explained how REMOTECARE and HEALTHNET projects address the challenge: Adherence to medical recommendations and treatments by elderly patients.
