The Greek partners of the agINFRA and SemaGrow projects (Agro-Know Technologies and Institute of Informatics & Telecommunications, N.C.S.R. Demokritos) organized on the 12th of December 2013 a focused discussion on how agricultural data communities may fit into the research infrastructures’ agenda of H2020. The meeting was held at the premises of IIT.
This event aimed at bringing together people from different organizations and initiatives that are active in this field, to discuss and elaborate on the challenges the agricultural discipline poses in the existing and future data infrastructures and how these can be addressed under the Horizon 2020 EU Framework Programme.
