Wireless Communications (WiCom) laboratory participated in the 7th European Conference on Antennas and Propagation (EuCAP 2013).
WiCom Lab presented two papers in the 7th European Conference on Antennas and Propagation (EuCAP 2013), held on 8-12 April in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The papers were entitled “The Influence of the Wearable Antenna Type on the On-Body Channel Modeling at 2.45 GHz” and “Dual Band Circularly Polarized Patch Antenna Using Ferrimagnetic Material”. The latter paper was a joint research work between WiCom Lab, Institute of Materials Science, National Technical University of Athens and Loughborough University. This work has been supported by the “MAGELLAN” research project, co-financed by the European Union (European Social Fund – ESF) and Greek national funds through the Operational Program “Education and Lifelong Learning” of the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF) ‐ Research Funding Program: THALES. Investing in knowledge society through the European Social Fund.
